100 more flats handed over in 3rd phase at Shantipalli Awas Yojana
Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation and Bhubaneswar Development Authority have allotted over 100 more units at Shantipalli Awas Yojana, bringing the total beneficiaries to 560. This marks the third phase of allotment for Keshari Residency, one of three affordable housing projects under PM Awas Yojana in the city. The project, a public-private partnership, will eventually comprise 1,300 dwelling units.
