Two men were arrested in Rourkela for allegedly defrauding a 66-year-old woman of Rs 26 lakh under the guise of selling a house. Ajaya Kumar Mohanty and Tej Kumar Francis convinced Sudeshna Padhi to purchase a property, taking an advance and further payments.
