Three persons were arrested in Udupi for cattle theft. They also threatened a woman with swords during the crime. The incident happened on September 28 in Shirlalu village. Three cows were stolen from Jayashree's shed. Police recovered two swords, vehicles, and mobile phones. The seized items are valued at Rs 5.87 lakh.
