4 burglars arrested and 40 cases of theft solved by Mumbai’s suburban police
Police arrested four members of the Shikalkar gang, solving 40 burglary cases across Thane and Navi Mumbai commissionerates. The arrests led to the recovery of expensive vehicles and jewellery worth Rs 39.5 lakh. The gang, including Vijaysingh Junni who has 20 prior cases, was apprehended by the Thane crime investigation department, ending a spate of burglaries in the MMR region.
