BeMC food safety officials raid outlets selling adulterated food
Ahead of Durga Puja, Berhampur Municipal Corporation's food safety officials conducted raids on food outlets, bakeries, and hotels, destroying approximately 10kg of adulterated food and harmful additives. Three outlets were fined Rs 21,000 for hygiene violations, and notices were issued to six others for lacking licenses and cleanliness.
