Berhampur University launches plantation drive ahead of seva paksha to promote green campus
Berhampur University initiated a plantation drive on Monday, spearheaded by ministers Suresh Pujari and Bibhuti Bhusan Jena, to commemorate Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday through Seva Paksha. Under the "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0" initiative, the university aims to plant 2,000 saplings, blending fruit-bearing, shadow-bearing, and flowering trees, alongside organizing a blood donation camp and a beach cleanup campaign.
