BJP MP Jaiswal files Rs 125cr defamation suit against PK
BJP MP Sanjay Jaiswal filed a defamation suit against Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor. The suit seeks Rs 125 crore over alleged diesel theft accusations. Jaiswal stated Kishor's allegations tarnished his public image. A derogatory social media post also led to a cyber police complaint. Earlier, JD(U) leader Ashok Choudhary also sued Kishor for Rs 100 crore.
