Capgemini India will have a new CEO. Ashwin Yardi will retire from his CEO role on January 1, 2026. He will then serve as non-executive Chairman. Sanjay Chalke, the current COO, will succeed Yardi as CEO. Chalke will join the Group Executive Committee. He will strengthen India's strategic role in client delivery and innovation.
