Crispin Chettri set to return as women’s national football team coach
Crispin Chettri is set to lead the Indian women's football team again. The All India Football Federation's technical committee recommended not extending Amelia Valverde's contract. Valverde was hired for the AFC Asian Cup. India did not secure any points in the tournament. The committee believes a domestic coach is best for upcoming matches in Kenya and the SAFF Women's Championship.
