Crypto 'scam': ED files chargesheet against Raj Kundra, says he has 285 Bitcoins valued at Rs 150 crore
The Enforcement Directorate has charged businessman Raj Kundra, accusing him of being the beneficial owner of 285 Bitcoins, worth Rs 150.47 crore, received from crypto-scam mastermind Amit Bhardwaj. Kundra allegedly concealed evidence, failed to surrender the Bitcoins, and conducted a below-market transaction with his wife to disguise criminal proceeds, despite a mining deal not materializing.
