Dubai: Emirates cancels multiple flights as super typhoon Ragasa nears Southern China
Dubai-based Emirates has cancelled 11 flights to Hong Kong and Shenzhen from September 23 to 25 due to Super Typhoon Ragasa. Shuttle services to Bangkok are also suspended. Passengers transiting through Dubai to affected cities won’t be accepted for travel. Authorities in Hong Kong are closing the airport for 36 hours as the region braces for severe weather.
