Gopalpur beach cleanup drive on Int’l Beach Cleanup Day
A large-scale beach cleanup at Gopalpur, Ganjam, commemorating International Beach Cleanup Day, saw over 400 participants collect 258 kg of waste from a significant stretch of the beach. Organized by SPCB and collaborating institutions, the drive included waste segregation and a rally to raise awareness about marine pollution. Collected materials were handed over to Gopalpur NAC for processing.
