ICSSR Postdoctoral Fellowship 2026 applications underway, registration closes July 21
The Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) has started accepting online applications for its Postdoctoral Fellowship Scheme 2026–2027. Registration opened on June 22, 2026, and will close on July 21, 2026. Eligible Indian scholars with a PhD can apply through the ICSSR website. The two-year full-time fellowship offers a monthly stipend of Rs.31,000, an annual contingency grant, and requires fellows to publish two peer-reviewed research papers and submit a final report.
