IHM Rohtak Students Get Hands-On Hotel Exposure at Maharaja Palace
36 students from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Rohtak visited Hotel Maharaja Palace to gain practical exposure to hotel operations. Guided by senior lecturer Dr Pankaj Singh and Vikas Deshwal, the students explored departments including front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and food & beverage service. They learned about operational workflows, guest handling, hygiene, safety, and quality standards. The visit included career guidance discussions and highlighted the importance of experiential learning in enhancing professional readiness in hospitality.
