RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, in his Vijayadashami speech marking the Sanghs centenary, said the organisation will expand ‘vyakti nirman (character building) and push its ‘panch parivartan programme—focusing on harmony, family values, environment, self-reliance, and civic duty—across India, urging all sections to adopt it while reaffirming Indias role as a global balancing force.
