Man dies after scooter is hit by heavy vehicle in New Delhi
Rakesh Kumar Agarwal, 49, from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, tragically died after his scooter was allegedly struck by a heavy vehicle late Wednesday night in Delhi. Police responded to a PCR call around 12:03 am near the Manglam cut on NH-24. An auto driver reported finding Agarwal fallen from the flyover, and he was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital.
