Park Yoo-chun case: Seoul High Court upheld a ruling; orders singer to pay 470 million in contract dispute
Singer-actor Park Yoo-chun and his agency Re:cielo were ordered by the Seoul High Court to pay 500 million won to former management Have Fun Together for breaching contractual obligations. This ruling upheld a lower court decision, rejecting Park's claim that his exclusive deal had ended. Have Fun Together was also directed to pay Re:cielo 470 million won in a countersuit.
