Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the redeveloped facilities at the historic Tripura Sundari Temple in Udaipur, marking a new beginning for the 524-year-old Shakti Peeth during Navratri. He participated in the puja and toured the new surroundings, including an exhibition showcasing the temple's and Tripura's history. The modernised complex was built under the Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spiritual Augmentation Drive scheme.
