Railways asked to compensate family of man who died in train mishap 14 years ago
Quashing an order of the Railway Claims Tribunal, the Bombay High Court directed the Railways to pay Rs 8 lakh compensation to kin of the deceased who died after a sudden jerk caused him to fall of the train while standing at the door.
