Sabyasachi Panda clears MA
Top Maoist leader Sabyasachi Panda, imprisoned in Berhampur circle jail, has successfully cleared his Master of Arts in Sociology from IGNOU. He also has a graduation degree from IGNOU and is pursuing another MA in public administration. The jail authorities have facilitated these educational pursuits by opening university centers within the premises.
