Tambaram launches self-enumeration for Census 2027; door-to-door survey from August 1
Tambaram Municipal Corporation has initiated the self-enumeration process for the upcoming Census of India 2027. Residents can submit household details online through the Census portal from July 17 to July 31. After online submission, citizens will receive a unique SE ID for the door-to-door survey. The corporation has deployed enumerators and supervisors for the house-listing exercise across all areas. Cooperation is requested, as providing false information is punishable by law.
