'Why am I under protection?': Envoy Dinesh Patnaik says Indians feeling unsafe in Canada; 'I find it strange'
India's High Commissioner to Canada, Dinesh Patnaik, has voiced concerns over the safety of Indians in Canada, noting that even he, as an envoy, requires protection in Canada but his counterpart in India does not.
