Bhubaneswar cyber police arrested two individuals for operating a scam involving fake scratch cards and SMSes, defrauding victims with promises of expensive items. The duo targeted residents, including senior citizens, by selling Rs 100 scratch cards and then extorting money through false payment claims, ultimately swindling one victim out of Rs 89,699.
