Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America's president and COO, is set to retire on December 31 after a decade with the company. Devon Pritchard, a nearly 20-year industry veteran who oversaw the Switch 2 launch, will succeed him, also joining the NoA board and becoming an executive officer at Nintendo (Japan). Additionally, Satoru Shibata will join NoA as CEO.
