Nitish Kumar announces Rs 25,000 allowance for 'Vikas Mitras' to buy tabs
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has announced financial assistance for 'Vikas Mitras'. Each 'Vikas Mitra' will receive Rs 25,000 for tablets. Their monthly transportation and stationery allowances are also increased. The government will provide Rs 10,000 to 'Shiksha Sevaks' for smartphones. The amount for teaching materials is also increased per centre annually.
