Rescheduling rail e-tickets to become easier
Indian Railways will soon allow passengers to change confirmed e-ticket dates. This new facility starts in January. Passengers can modify their train journey dates without cancelling and rebooking. This change aims to simplify the process for travellers. The railway minister has ordered officials to implement the system by year-end. Currently, this option is only for counter-booked tickets.
