8 newly-elected MPs take oath as Rajya Sabha members
Eight newly-elected Rajya Sabha MPs, including Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge and BJP leader Tarun Chugh, took their oaths on Monday. Rajya Sabha Chairman C P Radhakrishnan administered the ceremony. Kharge took his oath separately, while the other seven members were sworn in within the House.
